At Howler Bike Park, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that safety equipment like helmets and body armor must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return.

Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any trail dust or wear.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
